The girls’ tennis team recently ended their season as the MOAC Champions, with a record of 15 wins and 2 losses. According to head coach Bret Fuller, “It was the best season the girls have had since tennis started at JA.”

Junior Mikayla Holland was 1st place in the MOAC, with the first team all-conference award. While junior Maddie Vance and freshman Maddy Grove were recognized as second team all-conference. The team then went on to sectionals where Holland advanced to districts, the first Alder tennis member to ever advance to districts. She lost her first match to Columbus Academy.

Senior Chloe Grove said, “I’m going to miss my team and having Bret Fuller as the coach. It was always a fun and stress free atmosphere.”
