Emily Wheelbarger is a member of the swim team, symphonic choir, treble choir, LEO Club, and NHS. She also participates in musical and Young Life. She currently plans of going to Columbus State to get a veterinarian certification, and she also wants to live in a Young Life house on the OSU campus.
Q: What’s your favorite memory of your time at Alder?
A: All the time I spent with my friends.
Q: What are three things you can’t live without?
A: My Phone, my support system, and Jesus.
Q: What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
A: I’m left handed.
Q: How would you define yourself in three words?
A: Hardworking, anxious, and kind hearted.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
A: Be in the moment, don’t worry about the future.
Q: If you made a documentary, what would it be about and why?
A: It would be about my anxiety and overcoming it.
Q: What is the last piece of content you consumed that made you cry?
A: A sad dog video.
Q: What is a song you can listen to on repeat?
A: “Right Down the Line” by Gerry Rafferty.
Q: If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be?
A: Zendaya, because Tom Holland would be my husband.
Q: What is your dream place to visit?
A: Hawaii.
Q: What’s the biggest surprise you’ve had?
A: My swimming team came in first place in one of the relays.
Q: What 3 people living or dead would you like to make dinner for?
A: My Grandma, Tom Holland, and Drew Starkey.
Q: What was the most adventurous thing you’ve done in your life?
A: I went to a young life camp and did a bunch of challenging things there like a rope course, tubing and all of those things.
Q: What would you like to be remembered for?
A: My character, and just being a light in people’s lives.
