Josie Miller was a member of the fall cheer squad all four years of high school. Josie plans to go to cosmetology school and is still deciding between two offers. We sat down with her as part of our 25 with ’25 interview series.
Q: What’s your favorite memory of your time at Alder?
A: Winning homecoming King and Queen with Christian Dellapina.
Q: What are three things you can’t live without?
A: Because I’m going into cosmetology, and I just love everything about it: my phone, makeup and hair tools.
Q: What’s one thing people don’t know about you?
A: I’m really good at nail art.
Q: How would you define yourself in three words?
A: Energetic, playful and creative.
Q: What is the best piece of advice you’ve received?
A: You just have to keep going, never stop.
Q: If you made a documentary, what would it be about and why?
A: “The Crazy Life of Josie Miller”
Q: What is the last piece of content you consumed that made you cry?
A: “The Tutors” because I’m very into history and Victorian shows.
Q: What is a song you can listen to on repeat?
A: I’m gonna do a funny one and say “Trap Queen” by Fetty Wap.
Q: If you could switch lives with someone for a day, who would it be?
A: Christian Dellapina, just to see what he does.
Q: What is your dream place to visit?
A: Europe, because I want to learn about the history behind Henry VIII and his six wives.
Q: What’s the biggest surprise you’ve had?
A: Getting into cosmetology schools; I was super thrilled and excited.
Q: What 3 people living or dead would you like to make dinner for?
A: My Grandma Norma, my parents and Anne Boleyn.
Q: What was the most adventurous thing you’ve done in your life?
A: Adventuring on night drives while listening to music.
Q: What would you like to be remembered for?
A: Being a fun energetic person with a lot of love for others.
