Two weeks ago, the senior class engaged in an event that truly put the fun in fundraising. A little over half of the class brought in money to go on a bowling trip. They traveled to the Sawmill Lanes, considering that the Plain City bowling alley isn’t big enough to accommodate such a large group. The class bowled for about two hours before returning to the high school.

All proceeds went towards making food baskets that are distributed to the less fortunate citizens of Plain City during the holiday season. The creation of the food baskets is organized by the Plain City Presbyterian Church, who has been conducting it for several years. This year, there was approximately $1,500 raised.

Good job to the senior class for bringing in money for such an important cause!
