  1. Homecoming is just around the corner!  The homecoming ballots are posted in the main lobby.  Please check to make sure your name is correct and that it is in the correct place.  Give any corrections to Mr. Carpenter in Room 206 by this Thursday.

 

  1. There will be a mandatory parent and student meeting on September 16th at 7:00 pm at the Plain City Lanes Bowling Alley for those interested in bowling this year.  Please stop by the office to get an information sheet. 

 

  1. Anyone interested in taking an AP test but is not currently taking an AP class, please stop by the office to sign up.  The cost is $95.00 and the deadline is September 25th. 
  1. The first art club meeting will be tomorrow after school until 3:15 in Room 123.  Anyone interested, come join us!

 

  1. It’s time to order your 2019 yearbook at www.yearbookordercenter.com!  Buy before October 31st and save $5.00. Check out the signs around school or the school webpage for more information.  We do NOT order extra books so make sure to order your copy today! 

 

  1. Do you like to perform music?  If you do, you are in luck. This year the choir department is hosting the 1st annual Jam Fest where performers compete to earn prizes up to $300.  Sign up to audition today! For more information please stop by the office for a flier OR stop by the choir room. All are welcome! 

 

  1. Save the date!! Homecoming is September 29th!!  Tickets will be $10 and will go on sale September 24th during lunches.  You must turn in a signed guidelines and expectations form to buy a ticket.  Forms are available in the office!

 

  1. Bringing a guest from another school to homecoming?  Students are allowed to bring one guest. Guests must have a completed guest form turned in to Mrs. Russell by Monday, September 24th to buy tickets.  Forms are available in the office.

9. NHS is holding a car wash this Thursday.  After the buses leave, pull through the bus loop to have your car washed in exchange for a donation of your choice.
