2018 Homecoming Court
Fall brings many fun activities, and the biggest one for high school students is Homecoming. One of the most exciting activities is the announcement of the Homecoming Court.
On Thursday, September 20, the 2018 Homecoming Court was announced. The freshman attendant is Reggan Gray escorted by Jeffrey Bay. The sophomore representatives are Olivia Catanella and William Keith. Junior Lexie Keaton will be accompanied by Daniel Heinig, and the senior attendants are Sydney Winslow escorted by Caleb Howell, Kenley Geitgey escorted by Patrick Madigan, and Morgan Hess escorted by Mike Ferrito.
“We get to participate in the Homecoming parade on Wednesday, the Homecoming pep rally, and we also get our pictures taken for the yearbook and the Madison Press, which is all super exciting,” says Olivia Catanella. “Being on Homecoming court is such a unique experience that not many people get to take part in. It’s an honor to be voted to represent your class at the game and the dance.”
Senior Morgan Hess says she is excited to be on the court with Mike and feels honored she was chosen to be a part of everything.
Senior Kenley Geitgey is looking forward to the dance. “I love seeing everyone all dressed up and spending time with all of my friends in one place.”
The 2018 Homecoming King and Queen will be announced at the Friday night football game.
