Alder v. Sheridan; Black Hole Presents Toga night

Jonathan Alder football had their very first home game of the season against Sheridan on August 27th. The Blackhole (student section) decided the theme to be toga night, having a full section of students; togas and greek inspired outfits could be seen throughout the stadium. The marching band performed their pre-game performance, The National Anthem was conducted by student director Tervor Cox, and The Alma Mater conducted by student director Kyle Russell. At half time, the band also performed their half time show, with the songs “Rolling in the Deep” by Adele, “Bad Medicine” by Bon Jovi and “Toxic” by Britney Spears. By the end of the game The Pioneers fell through to Sheridan 14-18.
