Numerous artists will have scheduled tours for 2023. Here is a guide where the artists are performing and details of their tour dates organized by genre.

Pop

1.Taylor Swift

In Ohio: Yes

Swift is going on a 20-city tour, with guest artists like Phoebe Bridgers, Girl in Red, and GAYLE. This tour is in support of her new album “Midnights,” and celebrates her career thus far. At her Ohio show, she will be performing at the Paycor Stadium in Cincinnati.

 

2. Justin Bieber 

In Ohio: No

Bieber is going on his third world tour this year. Unfortunately, there are no current dates in the U.S., but if you’re a huge Bieleber, you can travel to the Enterprise center in St. Louis, MO to see him perform.

 

3. Ed Sheeran

In Ohio: No

Sheeran is currently on the NA tour, traveling to four different countries, ending with the U.S. His closest performances are in Pittsburgh, PA and Detroit, MI  His show includes the opening act of artist Khalid.

 

Country

1. Morgan Wallen

In Ohio: Yes

Wallen is going on his OneThing at A time World Tour. This tour is supporting his new album “One Thing At A Time,” which will be released later this month. While in Ohio, he will be performing at the Ohio Stadium in Columbus.

 

2. Carrie Underwood

In Ohio: Yes

Underwood is going on her Denim and Rhinestones Tour with guest artist Jimmy Allen. She will be performing at the nationwide Arena in Columbus.

 

3. Luke Bryan

In Ohio: Yes

Bryan is going on his 1,000th tour. Recently, he announced several dates going all the way through October. He will be performing in Cincinnati at the Riverbend Music Center.

 

 R&B/ Soul

1. SZA

In Ohio: Yes

With the release of her new album, SOS, SZA is going on a 20-city tour throughout 2023. She is performing at the Schottenstein Center in Columbus on Tuesday, February 21st.

 

2. Lizzo

In Ohio: Yes

Lizzo is going on a world tour hitting 20 cities to celebrate the “Special” album release. Some of these shows feature artist Kendrick Lamar. Her performance in Ohio will be at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse in Cleveland.

 

3. The Weeknd

In Ohio: No

Unfortunately, the only way you can see the weeknd this year is if you travel to Europe or Latin America.

 

Rap/ Hip Hop

1.Drake

In Ohio: No

Artist Drake is going on a five city tour in the U.S and Chile. While he won’t be performing in Ohio, he will be at State Farm Stadium in Glendale, AZ.

 

2. Yeat

            In Ohio: No

The up-and-coming rap star is going on the road to celebrate his 2nd album with a 20 city tour through the U.S. He will not be in Ohio, but his closest stop is in Detroit, MI at the Fillmore Center.

 

3. Lil Uzi Vert

In Ohio: Unsure

Lil Uzi announced his 2023 20 city tour in 2022 but hasn’t announced the official dates yet. This tour will be in support of his new suspected album “The Pink Tape.”

 

Rock/ Metal

1.Kiss

In Ohio: Yes

Kiss is going on a seven country tour with 10 confirmed dates. One of these dates includes a highly anticipated music festival in Columbus, Sonic Temple, that features numerous other metal and rock acts. Each stop has two separate performance days, each with their own setlists. Pantera, Five FInger Death Punch, Mammoth WVH, and Ice Nine Kills are all touring with the thrash metal icons.

 

2. Foo Fighters

In Ohio: Yes

Foo Fighters are going on tour and will be in Columbus, headlining the final day of the Sonic Temple music festival. This will be the Foo Fighters first tour without founding drummer Taylor Hawkins, who died in 2022.

 

3. Deftones

In Ohio: Yes

Deftones will also be in town for Sonic Temple Festival, performing on the same day as Foo Fighters. They have 3 more concert dates this year in America.
