Senior Drake Bater is participating in the Chipotle Rewards Program. Chipotle Challenged him to buy nine burritos and eleven different entrees each month for the past several months with the restriction of purchasing these items on separate days. However, each time he buys a burrito, Chipotle gives him a free burrito, which he accumulates for every visit.

Bater first accepted the challenge during the summer of 2016. Now in the month of September, Drake only needs to visit Chipotle eight more times within the month in order to win the $240 catering gift card.

    Drake started his journey by commuting to Chipotle most days after football. At Chipotle, his usual order consists of a basic bowl with extra rice and beans (since these items come free). Each burrito costs $6.50. So far, he has spent $123.50 throughout the challenge. According to Bater, he has received $15-17 worth of free burritos so far.  

    The Chipotle lover is currently in the highest rank for the challenge at the Chipotle on Perimeter loop in Dublin. With a positive outlook, Drake deems the challenge worthy despite the many visits and money spent. He plans to use the catering gift card for its full worth or to sell the card to make a profit.
