NHS Spooktacular

Isabel Rodela, School News Reporter

On Thursday, October 27 the National Honor Society members danced the night away at the Dublin Retirement Village’s Spooktacular event. The retirement village holds a fun-hearted Halloween social for the retirees and their families.

NHS has attended this event for more than 8 years. Jonathan Alder’s National Honor Society advisor, Miss Dollinger said, “My favorite part is seeing the NHS members interact with the residents who are an age group they normally wouldn’t be around. It really makes their day, and the students learn a lot about another generation that won’t be around forever.” When asked what her favorite part about attending the spooktacular event, Señorita excitedly stated, “We all have a fabulous time, and learn some new dance moves too.”
